There are two sleeping areas. One bedroom with Queen and Twin bed. There is a second room with Queen bed in the living area, kitchen. Two full baths.

Amenities include microwave, toaster, toaster oven, blender, and gas stove with oven, phone, phone, 2 cable TVs, 2 DVD's, ceiling fans, screened porch, and SHARED Washer/Dryer. Laundry room is attached to building. No dishwasher.

Air conditioning is provided by 2 window AC units in addition to fans. The bedroom has baseboard heater, plus space heaters for chilly spring and fall nights.

Pets welcome - no pet fee (maximum 2 pets). Smoking Allowed.

Maximum 5 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.
