Amenities include two levels of decking offering various opportunities for outdoor relaxation. Expansive marsh views. The open floor plan of the second floor offers cathedral ceilings, ceiling fans, gas fireplace (off season only), open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, wine refrigerator and convenient breakfast bar. Karaoke machine, phone, wireless internet access, 5 cable TV's, 1 VCR, 3 DVD's, CD player, surround sound, games, book and VHS library. Washer/dryer and iron.

The exterior offers hot/cold outdoor shower, screened porch, decks, 2 outdoor dining tables, outdoor speaker, park style charcoal grill and covered parking. For recreation, enjoy beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, 2 kayaks w/life jackets.

This is a "green" house, the primary water source is natural rain water, which has been filtered and chlorinated, which could be limited during extreme drought conditions. Back-up system offers treated well water with a filtering, softener and chlorination system.

Pets allowed with no additional fee. Limit of 2 pets.

Sheets Provided. No Smoking. Maximum 8 people, including children. Limit of 3 vehicles.
